Falling to PieCes!!!

We’re falling to pieces over at Totally Stampalicious Monday J

This week the challenge at Totally Stampalicious Monday is.....

Paper PieCing!!!

I chose to use this fun little image from the new Moo-velous  stamp set. Isn’t it just adorable???

I started off by stamping my image in Rich Cocoa Memento Ink then I coloured up the face, ears and hooves with my Copics.  Then I went ahead and used the same Brown ink to stamp my image again onto this fab dsp from Kaisercraft and added a bit of depth/ shading using my Copics once again. Then I cut out the hair tuft piece as well as the body piece and then I glued it onto my main image. I added a couple of layers and cut my main image panel out using dies rom SU. I stamped my sentiment with the Rich Coaco Ink onto a die cut that came with the paper pack. I followed the Card Patterns: Sketch #161. I used another die cut from the paper pack to accent where my two dsps met up. Then I finished the card off with a couple of buttons and a touch of ribbon.

I think the card turned out all right...but that adorable image would make any card/ project turn out wonderful.
